Step into a rewarding role as a Speech-Language Pathologist where your expertise impacts student success for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an onsite, contract position working within a supportive school environment. Bilingual candidates are invited to apply for a full-time schedule, while monolingual SLPs are welcomed for part-time opportunities.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience serving school-aged children and adolescents
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred for full-time consideration
- Passion for helping students overcome communication challenges in educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct therapy sessions and progress-monitor outcomes
- Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to support each student’s development
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations with educational staff and families
