Owning the onboarding phase of the customer lifecycle, the full-time remote Associate Onboarding Manager will guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they realize the value of their software while managing project timelines and customer communications. Key responsibilities Become an expert in VelocityEHS products and mentor customers during onboarding Manage the setup of software and project timelines for new and expansion customers Document customer interactions and evaluate onboarding effectiveness to drive customer success Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience Experience managing multiple projects and working effectively in a team environment Familiarity with Salesforce, Workfront, or Outreach Experience in the software industry, specifically in SaaS or EHS sectors Proactive learner with strong decision-making and organizational skills
