Job Title 8-10+ years of IT/Business leadership in Business Analysis, Project Management &/or Scrum experience 5-7+ years’ experience in the project life-cycle / SDLC - including business planning, data analysis, data modeling, data quality, data mining, process analysis and design, business, and functional requirements analysis, use case analysis, testing 4+ years’ experience working in dynamic cross-competency teams using a structured project methodology Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze and document complex business processes, work on multiple programs on data pipeline enhancements and the Data warehouse conversion Knowledge of systems, procedures, and applications to be able to recommend improvements and efficiencies where applicable Manage and own the success of onboarding new initiatives and projects by delivering appropriate communications and informational materials to articulate Front Store Personalization Engine value proposition Monitor schedule, pipeline, and resources to ensure that deployment can be performed on schedule and with available resources, and identify and navigate potential issues to meet deadlines Leverage industry and technical experience to assist internal stakeholders with proper sequencing of activities ensuring the new initiatives are fully implemented and functioning. Coordinate with program management leadership to assess and prioritize strategic initiatives and timelines to ensure deliverables are met. Set up technical intake process and manage the prioritization of requests from multiple project teams; Queue workload for team members and manage deliverables Creates and executes specific deliverables and activities as part of a team assigned to a business sponsored IT project Problem solver, gather and interpret relevant data and information in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to provide and produce clear and well-organized documentation Ability to work independently and be able to lead the team both onsite and offshore, self-motivator Ability to Oversee/manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently Risk assessment, negotiation and problem resolution skills Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Visio, Power point) Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to bridge communication among technical and non-technical project staff and customers Demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing task and resolving issues in order to deliver a quality project on time and within budget. Collaborate with the Business Analysts and Business Partners throughout the requirements effort. This includes providing guidance, direction, feedback and coaching to ensure team effectiveness. Lead or perform current state analysis to assist in the definition of new concepts. Partner with the business to define scope, play a leadership role in business problem solving. Drive innovative technology solutions aligned with CVS Health's business strategies. Ensure the requirements are comprehensive, clear, testable, well documented and maintained. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the RX Personalization and other Retail (Rx or Front Store) areas, Design and Interfaces with Other Systems (per project). Data Analysis using SQL Queries, MS Excel and reporting using SQL Server Reporting and Tableau. Supporting system components during End-to-End testing, system testing, and during promotion of these components to Production Environment. Must have hands on knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence landscape. Knowledge of data warehouse software development life-cycles (SDLC) and Agile including Project Management and BI analytics using Lean and Agile. My3Tech Inc
