** Accounts Payable ** :

1. Matching receivers to vendor invoices

2. Enter matching invoices in accounting system

3. Address issues with buyers and/or receiving dept.

4. Filing daily

** Accounts Receivable **

1. Clearing daily deposits in accounting system

2. Generating and applying any credits approved

3. Run weekly reports and reconciliation

4. Calling and emailing customers for all outstanding balances

5. Prepare weekly reports for Accounting Director updates

** Team Travel **

1. Booking & managing team travel (flights/lodging)

2. Event budget spreadsheets (all travel expenses including freight and supplies)

3. Expensify management – ensure all expense reports are submitted

4. Other tasks as needed
