Speech Language Pathologist in Boynton Beach, FL

Play a meaningful part in supporting students' communication and learning as an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow at elementary, middle, or high schools across Palm Beach County. Work with diverse caseloads, gain mentorship from experienced SLPs, and enjoy a collaborative school environment. Multiple full-time assignments are available, and locations can be combined to create one position tailored to your preferences. This contract-based role runs from August 10, 2026, through May 27, 2027, with supervision provided for SLP-CFs.
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in final clinical fellowship year)
- Active Florida provisional SLP license from the FL Department of Health
- Eligibility for fingerprint clearance (previous prints may be verified and transferred if available in AHCA Clearinghouse)
- Passionate about supporting students from PreK through high school; flexible with assignment and age group preferences
- Proven ability to adapt to varying caseloads and school settings
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- SLPAs are not accepted for these positions
- Provide speech-language assessments and direct therapy for assigned caseload relevant to each site
- Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and the campus team regarding student needs and goals
- Attend regularly scheduled supervision sessions with a licensed SLP-CCC
- Complete onboarding, credentialing, and fingerprint processes swiftly to ensure a prompt start
- Full-time, school-based schedule (35 hours per week) across the academic year
- Exposure to regular education, ASD, InD, PreK, and ESE Center School caseloads
- Multiple assignment locations-your top three site choices can be considered
