FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Mon - Fri, Core Business Hours Position Summary The BHN Data & Onboarding Specialist is an integral position for the Behavioral Health Network, responsible for supporting oversight of regulatory requirements. In this role you will provide regulatory oversight for the Networks Epic (Taxonomy and NPI), DOH Credentialing and serve as the point of contact as it pertains to employee and non‑employee data. Responsibilities Oversee Clinical Licensure Program for the Network to include managing WA DOH credential requirements, supervision rules and renewals. Auditing, tracking and updating DOH credentials for BHN staff. Partnering with Human Potential to ensure accurate licenses and certifications are loaded into Workday. Establish and maintain EPIC taxonomy mapping at onboarding. Track and update NPI in Epic as needed. Workflow education and communication for Epic and Workday credential updates, NPI taxonomy update, SERI changes and credential renewals and lapses. Point of contact for onboarding new employees and interns, establishing and maintaining DOH credentials, NPI applications, proof of highest degree. Monitor federal and state legislation and regulations as they relate to credential changes. Requirements 3 to 5 years experience in provider onboarding, credentialing, medical staff services, HR operations, or clinical program coordination. Bachelor’s preferred (Healthcare Administration, Public Health, HR, or related field). Prior experience in a Behavioral Health setting preferred. Prior experience in NCQA/Joint Commission standards impacting credentialing and supervision documentation. Prior experience with EPIC and creating and working with Excel, Goggle Sheets, audit data mining tools and decision support systems. Experience in an administrative role requiring self‑direction, critical thinking and communication skills. Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting minimum qualifications. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $62,608.00 - $90,106.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
