Assistant Manager - Commercial Cleaning (Part-Time, Evenings)

Location: Lansing, MI & Surrounding Areas (St. Johns, Charlotte, Grand Ledge, Okemos)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 6:00 PM
Hours: 15 hours/week guaranteed (opportunity to grow up to 30 hours/week)
Pay: $17/hour | Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit

What You'll Do

• Perform and oversee cleaning across multiple commercial buildings
• Train and support team members to maintain quality standards
• Conduct inspections and resolve issues quickly
• Communicate with management to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Willing to travel between multiple job sites (paid drive time provided)
• At least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience (required)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable using a mobile app for job tracking and reporting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in offices, medical buildings, and surgery centers
• Willing to follow sterile cleaning protocols (PPE and scrubs provided)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
