Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced pharmacist seeking a flexible, per diem role within a dynamic retail pharmacy environment. The goal is to establish a dedicated team of 2-3 pharmacists prepared to provide reliable coverage during call-outs, vacations, and volume surges. This position offers the chance to work typically 2-4 days per week, supporting pharmacies operating Monday through Saturday, mainly between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., with some locations extending hours to 8 p.m.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately dispensing medications and managing prescriptions with an average daily volume of 100-125.
• Collaborating with pharmacy technicians or working independently in pharmacist-only locations.
• Participating in scheduled training sessions to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Maintaining immunization privileges and performing administration as needed.
• Utilizing QS1 software proficiently to manage pharmacy operations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Immunization privileges and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, ready to step in when coverage is needed.
• Commitment to ongoing training and development.

Pharmacists will receive dedicated training, including at least one full 8-hour shift focused on preparation. Additional training opportunities are available to ensure confidence and competency across varying pharmacy settings.
