Free Uniform Paid Time Off WHAT YOU’LL DO As an Arby’s Crew Member, you’ll play an important role in making sure every guest has a great experience. Your responsibilities may include: Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate the cash register and handle transactions Prepare and serve Arby’s menu items according to company standards Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Keep food preparation areas clean and organized Maintain a clean dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and restaurant exterior Stock supplies and ingredients as needed Package orders accurately for dine-in, carryout, and drive-thru guests Work as part of a team to keep the restaurant running smoothly Provide fast, friendly, and courteous customer service Follow all restaurant policies and safety procedures Assist with opening and closing duties Help wherever needed to support the team WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Some restaurant or food-service experience preferred Friendly and positive attitude Dependable and responsible Strong customer service skills Ability to work well with others Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive mental attitude (PMA) Desire for personal and professional growth WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
