Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute large-scale, complex engineering projects.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and direction to engineering teams.
- Conduct engineering analyses, studies, and develop conceptual designs.
- Assist in finalizing contract project specifications and evaluating bids.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure project success.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited curriculum in the US or equivalent from outside the US.
- 8 years of cumulative experience in electrical engineering and design.
- Experience managing large-scale, large-budget electric substation projects.
- Proficiency in substation engineering.
- Strong project management skills.
- Current California PE license.
