Stonehenge of Ogden is a post-acute care facility offering long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services. We are looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. Duties Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans. Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions. Administer procedures part of the rehab plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, supportive and assistive devices, and wound care. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders. Generate comprehensive discharge summaries ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements. Qualifications Physical Therapist license required. Open to therapists at all experience levels; new graduates welcome.
