Neonatologist Position at Mercy Hospital

Pediatrix is seeking a full-time board certified/board eligible neonatologist to join our established practice at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, providing coverage for two NICUs and offering a supportive, community-oriented work environment backed by a robust hospital system.

Job Description: Provide coverage at two Level III NICUs:

  • Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City: 43-bed NICU with an ADC of 29
  • Norman Regional Hospital: 26-bed NICU with an ADC of 14

Services Available: HFOV, jet ventilators, robust sub-specialty and MFM support

Work Environment: Collegial, private practice with a team of 6 neonatologists

Workload: Approximately 10 shifts per month with 24-hour shifts (taken out-of-house)

Support: 24/7 NNP support and full back-up from the hospital team

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. Not accepting locums candidates. Not accepting visa candidates.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation: Starting salary from $265,000 with annual increases
