• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required for submission 2. Cases: Crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics; mental health illness and substance use disorder evaluations; level of care recommendations as a consultant directed by ED attending provider or APP 3. Certifications: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC required; full licensure required - associate license will not suffice 4. License: WA LICSW required; must be fully licensed as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social Worker 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 10-hour shifts; Days 0700-1930 or Eves 1600-0200; every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday); no on-call required; no block schedules; if overstaffed, may float to Holy Family Hospital performing same duties 8.
