This role requires someone who is dependable, trustworthy, and service-minded. As a Dryer Vent Technician, you will install, clean, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems for residential and commercial clients. You’ll use your mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues, while also providing excellent customer service with professionalism and respect. Duties and Responsibilities Install, clean, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems Conduct inspections of dryer vent systems to identify problems or issues Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with dryer vent systems Recommend repairs or replacements to clients based on the system’s condition Provide excellent customer service with honesty and respect Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any issues to management Adhere to safety regulations and company protocols at all times Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and industry best practices Reroute dryer vent systems when needed and ensure compliance with code Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Comfort using tools and equipment Experience as a Dryer Vent Technician or in a similar hands-on role (preferred, but training available) Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems (a plus) Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems independently Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills High character and personal integrity—you can be trusted to represent the company well Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Physical ability to lift equipment and work in crawl spaces, attics, and on roofs Comfortable using simple tablet-based technology #J-18808-Ljbffr Dryerventheroes
