We're a values-driven company built on honesty, integrity, and strong relationships — and we're looking for professionals who are ready to grow with us.What You'll Do:As an Apprentice Mechanical you will perform the lay-out and installation of mechanical and industrial systems utilizing the appropriate tools, equipment and trade skills as per plans/specifications as well as directives from supervision.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Complies with all applicable standards, policies and procedures, including safety procedures in the performance of assigned tasks.Utilizes proper hoisting and rigging procedures for placing equipment and auxiliary components.Obtains and maintains required certifications/licenses as applicable.Lays out, assembles, installs and maintains mechanical systems, supports and related equipment for all types of mechanical/industrial operations.Demonstrates the ability to read and understand project specifications, system operations and blueprints.Cuts, bends, assembles, installs, and connects various mechanical components utilizing necessary tools and equipment.What We're Looking For:Proven experience as an Apprentice in mechanical/industrial settings.Strong ability to read and work from blueprints and technical diagrams.A commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration.Relevant trade certifications and/or licenses (preferred but not required — we support continuing education).Why Join HWH?At Harrison, Walker & Harper (HWH), we believe that without a solid foundation, nothing can stand — not buildings, and not company culture.
