Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Clinical Home Infusion Pharmacist opportunity is available in Paragould, AR, on a contract-to-hire basis lasting 3-6 months. This role involves providing expert clinical pharmacy services in a home infusion setting with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and every third weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare IV admixtures as needed in the clean room environment.
• Perform various clinical duties, including interpreting lab results to support patient therapy.
• Provide flexible support across clinical pharmacy tasks as required.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• At least 1 year of recent experience as an IV pharmacist.
• Active and clear pharmacist license in Arkansas.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
• Strong clinical skills, particularly the ability to read and interpret laboratory data.
• Flexibility to assist with different clinical needs as they arise.

Location:

• Paragould, Arkansas

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Work every third weekend
