Territory Sales Representative

Overview Job Type: Regular. Location: District D1303 – HPFS – Torrance, CA. Pay: Starting at $20.00/hr. Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday. About the Position HP and 2020 Companies partner to hire a Full‑Time HP Territory Retail Sales Representative to drive sales and brand awareness across 1–4 stores per day. The representative trains retail associates on HP products, creates buzz and excitement around the brand, and manages the territory independently with minimal oversight. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products to store management, staff, and customers at retailers in the assigned territory. Increase sales and product awareness through training and hands‑on consumer‑facing activities. Achieve and maintain program KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis. Build rapport within the territory at each retailer with store management and staff. Schedule and facilitate sales and product trainings. Assess and communicate needs such as marketing material and promotional collateral. Assess customer needs and make product recommendations applicable to their everyday life. Document and report sales, schedules, activities, and best practices. Collect customer feedback and provide insight and recommendations. Set and maintain brand merchandising in retail locations and ensure all brand standards are followed. Coach and mentor part‑time co‑workers. Manage a territory of stores independently with minimal oversight. Success Measurement Meet established metrics. Visit multiple store locations on a daily basis. Schedule store visits two weeks in advance. Execute sales activities inside each location during all visits. Establish, maintain, and influence business relationships. Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit. Benefits Weekly pay or next‑day pay on‑demand with DailyPay. Stable and flexible weekly schedule (Wednesday – Sunday). Outgoing personality with a strong eagerness to learn. Excellent verbal and written communication, product presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Strong analytical skills and customer‑service orientation. Strong multitasking skills, time management, and attention to detail. Reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage. One year of retail experience in electronics, tech, or wireless (preferred). One year of training experience (preferred).
