Help Desk Engineer

TRIA are working with an exciting and growing technology business looking to add a 1st Line Support Engineer to their support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, delivering excellent customer experiences, and developing their IT support career in a fully remote environment. What you'll be doing: Providing first-line technical support via phone, live chat and messaging channels Troubleshooting customer issues and escalating where required Supporting customer onboarding and account administration Translating customer communications and documentation between German and English Delivering a positive, professional customer experience at every interaction What we're looking for: Fluent German and English (written and spoken) Previous customer service or support experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux environments Basic networking understanding Ability to work effectively in a remote-first team Experience working within an ISP (Internet Service Provider) environment #J-18808-Ljbffr TRIA
