Human Resources IT Co-Op (January - May 2027)

Location: Clayton, MO

Salary: $30.00 / hour for undergraduate students; $33.00 / hour for graduate students Housing Stipend Available

Focus: The Human Resources IT Co-Op supports the HR IT team by assisting with system configuration, data analysis, access management, reporting and documentation to enhance HR technology and compliance. What You'll Do:

• Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects throughout the term, to be defined at the beginning of the rotation based on department and business need.
• Learn key software concepts and help troubleshoot technical challenges across Human Capital platforms including PeopleSoft, Workday and UKG Pro Workforce Management
• Assist with data analysis, cleansing, transformation and loading for projects
• Develop reporting and analytic tools to provide insight into human capital data and projects
• Support policy and system development, audit preparation, and updates to IT documentation and standards

What You'll Bring:

• Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Computer Science, Information Systems, or Human Resources degree program (or pending enrollment in a Master's program in one of these disciplines)
• Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
• Must have completed sophomore year (or 60 completed credit hours) prior to first rotation with Olin
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) during rotation; Not eligible for virtual work
• Must possess a valid US Driver's license
