Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Covington, GA. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for meeting potential residents, guiding them through the leasing process, and ensuring smooth lease administration. Daily tasks include handling resident retention, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Responsibilities Meet potential residents and guide them through the leasing process. Ensure smooth lease administration and contribute to resident retention. Provide exceptional customer service and address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Experience with leases and lease administration Strong skills in resident retention and customer service Ability to work on-site in Covington, GA Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus A high school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred Senioriy level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Management Location: Covington, GA #J-18808-Ljbffr Elmington
