Qualifications BA Degree in Early Childhood or related field required, Masters preferred Experience supporting teachers through training, coaching and/or technical assistance Minimum of 5 years experience in early childhood education Candidates that have a CT OEC Registry Number or have been designated as CT OEC approved TA providers preferred Bi-lingual and/or candidates from underrepresented backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
