A growing food manufacturing operation is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join a newly expanding production facility in California. This opportunity offers the chance to work with advanced automated processing and packaging equipment while helping support the growth of a stable and essential food production operation.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
• Support installation and startup of new automated processing and packaging lines
• Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime
• Work closely with operations to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
• Maintain food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Experience in food manufacturing, egg processing, poultry, dairy, protein, beverage, or similar regulated environments
• Knowledge of automated production and packaging systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
