Caregiver - Memory Care (FT/pm shift)

About the Role We are seeking compassionate, reliable Caregivers to provide high-quality support to our residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Key Responsibilities * Assist residents with grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, and mobility * Follow resident care plans and document observations accurately * Support residents in meals, dining, and recreational activities * Ensure infection control procedures and safe body mechanics * Assist in emergencies and provide back-up to other caregivers * Maintain a clean work environment and report hazards or injuries * Observe residents’ physical and emotional condition and report changes * Report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation per protocol * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications * GED or High School diploma required * 1+ year of caregiving experience; dementia experience preferred * Active CNA or HCA license required * Certifications: CPR + First Aid, Fundamentals of Caregiving, Dementia & Mental Health Training, Food Handlers * Gentle, caring, teachable, and dependable Physical Requirements * Lift up to 50 lbs, push 250 lbs in wheelchair or cart * Sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive arm/hand movements We maintain a strong policy of Equal Employment Opportunity for all associates.
