A highly regarded healthcare organization in the Utica, New York, region is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join an established, well-supported practice. Compensation and Incentives
Total annual compensation ranges from $790,000 to $1,000,000 per year, and includes multiple performance-based incentive opportunities. Additional retention and quality bonuses are available. Relocation assistance is provided.

Practice Overview
The incoming physician will join a collegial team supported by experienced advanced practice providers, skilled nursing staff, and modern endoscopy facilities equipped with advanced technology. Call responsibilities are light and well distributed.

Clinical Responsibilities
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive gastroenterology care across outpatient and inpatient settings, performing a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary care teams. The role emphasizes patient safety, evidence-based medicine, and continuity of care.

Candidate Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have an MD or DO from an accredited medical school, completion of an ACGME-accredited gastroenterology fellowship, and board certification or eligibility in gastroenterology. Candidates must be eligible for New York State medical licensure and demonstrate strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and teamwork.
