Field Service Technician

We are looking for a Service Repair Technician to work in Oakwood Village, OH. The role involves maintaining and servicing housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers. This is a daytime shift position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or until the daily work is completed. Responsibilities Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums. Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service. Maintain up-to-date records of services performed. Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory. Properly demonstrate equipment to customers. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge. Follow safety and housekeeping procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. A valid driver’s license and a clean MVR. Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience. Electrical and mechanical experience. Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment.
