Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support a professional atmosphere through strong communication and customer service. In this stationary role, you will help address security-related concerns while representing our agile, reliable, and innovative team with integrity, care, and teamwork. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule Day/Time: Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control practices, and front desk protocols at a commercial real estate location. Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor credentials, issue passes as appropriate, and maintain visitor logs and other required records. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report details through established communication channels. Answer phones, greet guests, provide directions, and support security‑related inquiries and/or administrative tasks connected to the front desk post. Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points, following badge and credential procedures, and notifying appropriate personnel of concerns or policy violations. Minimum Requirements Possess at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
