Accounting Director

Direct company’s real estate projects’ financial operations, analyze financial reports, and prepare tax returns. Responsibilities Direct financial and accounting operations for company’s projects in the U.S. about the acquisition of land, design and construction to the final sale; Review, analyze finances, and refine reporting documents, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations; Perform detailed monthly account analysis of various general ledger accounts; maintain accounting records, prepare financial statements, and direct daily accounting operation and reporting; Prepare federal and state corporate tax returns; Verify the integrity of financial reporting, develop efficient accounting process, draw up budgeting, plan financial strategies with managers, fulfill revenue objectives and adhere to accounting policies; Provide services related to financial planning and IRS audit support. Requirements Master’s degree in Business Administration Accountancy, Finance, or related field plus 6 months of experience in property management industry; Proficiency in CCH ProSystem fx Tax and Quickbooks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
