Manager Ortho Supply Chain Procurement

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager of Orthopaedic Supply Chain Procurement to lead procurement strategy and supplier performance for the Joints Reconstruction platform. The role bridges procurement and business operations, with accountability for supply reliability, cost competitiveness, quality, and strategic sourcing across multiple global locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement vision for orthopaedics business aligned with company strategy
• Oversee supplier performance metrics including reliability, quality, cost, and innovation
• Engage business partners and stakeholders to align goals and drive strategic decisions
• Lead strategic supplier selection and management for new product development initiatives
• Orchestrate supply base strategy and monitor procurement metrics for competitive advantage

Requirements

• Supply chain procurement management experience, preferably in medical device or orthopaedics
• Strategic supplier relationship development and performance management capability
• Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive consensus
• Experience with S&OP forums, procurement metrics, and data-driven decision making
• Leadership experience managing procurement strategy and category management
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and new product development processes
