Live pursuits include technical and training assistance for real property tax assessment and an evaluation of a large city's mass appraisal program. We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins. What you'll do - Evaluate CAMA models, valuation methods, and ratio-study performance (IAAO standards) - Provide technical assistance and training to assessors - Review data quality, sales validation, and assessment administration - Recommend process and system improvements - Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered.
