Location: Fort Worth TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20-$30 per hour + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment
- Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every service call
- Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification required
- Texas HVAC Registration or License preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated to maximize earnings through performance
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- Rotating on-call schedule (approximately once per month)
- Optional overtime and weekend opportunities available

- $20-$40 per hour (based on experience)
