Sales – Territory Manager

XCAL Tools is seeking to fill the position of Sales – Territory Manager to represent XCAL products in this market and drive sales growth, primarily in forestry and road milling markets. The Territory Manager will oversee and coordinate all activities in the assigned region.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, sales or related field preferred

• 5+ years' experience in road milling or road construction required

• History of sales growth required.

• Ability to regularly travel throughout the region, work overtime and over the weekend.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation skills.

• Excellent math skills to draft and implement budgets and conduct data analysis.

• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.

• Thorough understanding of company's products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Soliciting potential customers and expand customer portfolio of all XCAL's products primarily in Forestry and road milling division by seeking and servicing new customers.

• Responsible for Product development efforts

• Must establish and maintain relationships with customer base

• Focus on creating value for end users by offering industry leading support, product knowledge, and quality service.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
