This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy, flexibility, and purpose—ideal for someone who values personalized care and work-life balance. We are currently have full and part time opportunities available. What You’ll Do: Provide one-on-one in-home physical therapy services Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Help clients regain mobility, strength, and independence Document progress and support discharge planning Educate clients, caregivers and families, on therapy goals and techniques Now offering a $5,000 Sign On Bonus Pay-for-activity model with weekend/holiday differentials Bonuses: Productivity, case management, quality care, and client satisfaction Orientation: personalized training with 1:1 field training Mileage reimbursement and additional pay for meetings/in-services PTO Generous 403(b) match + access to a financial planner MedBridge membership for CE credits What You Bring: Master's degree in Physical Therapy (required) Michigan PT license (required) 1+ year of PT experience (home health preferred) Geriatric experience highly valued Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance Why Atrio?
