Role Description The Sales Leader at Chubb Benefits is a full-time, on-site role based in Wailuku, HI. This role is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and executing strategies to expand market presence and deepen relationships with employer clients and benefits brokers. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The Sales Leader will collaborate with internal teams to customize benefits solutions, provide ongoing support to clients, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate sales reporting, and mentoring team members on best practices and product knowledge. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and internal partners. Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and manage the end-to-end sales process. Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients, brokers, and team members on products, services, and best practices. Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or healthcare-related services is highly beneficial. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships and meet or exceed sales targets. Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in using CRM and productivity tools.
