About the Role

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist (Call Center) to join our team in Los Angeles, CA . As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality employee support through call center operations while ensuring accurate execution of HR transactions across the employee lifecycle. This role is critical in maintaining data integrity, compliance, and a positive employee experience in a high-volume environment. This role requires you to be onsite in Los Angeles, CA four days per week, providing direct collaboration with HR teams and real-time support for employee needs.

Compensation

Salary Range: $40,000 – $52,000

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll be Doing)

• Deliver responsive employee support through high-volume inbound and outbound call center operations
• Execute HR lifecycle transactions with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to SLAs
• Maintain and audit employee data to ensure system integrity and completeness
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulatory requirements
• Generate and validate HR reports to support operational needs and analysis
• Follow standardized processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to resolve employee inquiries and issues

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of HR operations or related experience
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bilingual Spanish required

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle transactions
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Dayforce)
• Experience using call center tools (e.g., Finesse)
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and data governance standards
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to resolve Tier 1 inquiries
