Nurse Residency Training ProgramThe salary range displayed represents the typical salary of candidates hired. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the specialized training you will obtain as part of the Nurse Residency and On-boarding programs, you will work as a Staff RN fulfilling all routine duties within your assigned unit. We have openings for full-time and part-time positions.What You'll Need:Associates Degree in nursing required; Bachelors of Science in Nursing PreferredCurrent active RN license with State of Colorado Board of NursingBLS required.ALS, PALS required within six months of hire.What You'll do:Active and engaged participation in Nurse Residency ProgramResponse to all situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocolsProvide nursing care to patients within an assigned unit or cross-trained unit and ability to document using electronic medical recordObserves patients, recording significant conditions and reactions, and notifies provider of patient's condition and response to drugs, treatments, and any change in patient's conditionWe Take Care of Our PeopleAs the largest employer in the San Luis Valley, we commit to providing our employees with quality and affordable benefits to complement a fulfilling work experience and help balance life experiences and needs.
