Salary: $65,000–$75,000 base salary + 2% commission
Position: Full-time

Strong CRM or Buildertrend experience is highly preferred.

All Coast Design Build Remodel is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help grow our high-end residential remodeling and construction business while building and leading a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate is confident, professional, organized, and experienced in residential sales, with 6–10 years of residential remodeling and construction experience .

Our projects typically range from $30,000 to $500,000+ . Candidates must be comfortable selling high-value residential projects and working with discerning homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Manage and follow up with incoming leads
• Meet with homeowners to understand their project needs, budgets, and timelines
• Present proposals and explain the company’s design-build process
• Negotiate and close remodeling and construction contracts
• Maintain leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM and Buildertrend
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline activity
• Coordinate with design and production teams
• Coach sales staff on follow-up, presentations, and closing techniques
• Meet monthly and annual individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of residential remodeling or construction experience
• Experience managing or building a sales team
• Experience selling high-value residential projects
• Strong CRM experience
• Buildertrend experience is a major hiring advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Comfortable selling projects ranging from $30,000 to $500,000+

Compensation

Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000
Commission: 2% of qualifying sales

Strong performers have the opportunity to earn a six-figure income plus commission .
