Co Manager

Overview Overview This is a full-time on-site role for a Co Manager located in Kendall, FL. The Co Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include training and developing team members, monitoring inventory levels, executing visual merchandising standards, and handling administrative tasks. The Co Manager will also collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive operational efficiency and profitability. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management and operational oversight Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficiency in visual merchandising and inventory management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently Experience with sales targets and performance metrics High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor\'s degree in a related field is a plus Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
