Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, creating a detailed understanding of their mental health status.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, preferences, and specific requirements.
- Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on proven techniques to foster positive change.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, effective treatment options, and self-care strategies to nurture ongoing well-being.
- Monitor client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other health professionals to facilitate integrated care, addressing both mental and physical health concerns of clients.
- Stay abreast of current research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic strategies and improve client care.
- Maintain meticulous records in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring client confidentiality and proper documentation.

Qualifications
- Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
