Maintenance Production Manager – Commercial Landscaping
A growing commercial landscaping company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Production Manager to oversee daily field operations and lead multiple landscape maintenance crews. This role is responsible for production execution, crew performance, safety compliance, scheduling, quality control, and client communication.
Commercial landscaping experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage Foremen, Crew Leaders, and maintenance crews
- Oversee daily and weekly production schedules
- Ensure crews meet quality, safety, and productivity standards
- Assist with hiring, training, and development of field staff
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and operational resources
- Manage work orders, schedules, and reporting through software platforms such as Aspire
- Communicate with onsite client representatives and internal leadership
- Read project plans, schedules, and production timelines
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions proactively
Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience in commercial landscaping or related field operations
- Experience managing multiple crews in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and production management
- Experience with Aspire, Greenius, or similar software preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and hold teams accountable
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
