Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Ideal Candidates Shall Have the Following Attributes: Self motivated Reliable Professional appearance First rate customer service skills Responsibilities: Service, maintain, and repair packaged and split system heat pumps Service, maintain, and repair ductless split system heat pumps and AC units Service, maintain, and repair VAV and VRF/VRV systems Perform system start-ups Operate Mitsubishi City Multi, LG, and Daikin VRV systems Maintain OSHA 10 certification Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years experience in maintenance and service of commercial HVAC systems Valid 06A Electrical license EPA certification and Seattle Refrigeration Mechanic license Ability to lift 70 lbs Computer and smartphone literacy Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Proficiency in English (verbal and written) Ability to pass drug test and background check Benefits: Full medical and dental coverage, 401K, company vehicle and gas card, paid vacation and holidays, short-term disability, paid training, and competitive wages DOE.
