Project Manager - Heavy Civil

This is an excellent opportunity to join our fast-growing company to manage challenging infrastructure projects from start to finish while working alongside an experienced and supportive team. Responsibilities Champion safety by enforcing policies, developing HASPs, and ensuring OSHA/client compliance. Drive quality by implementing project programs and maintaining high standards. Act as the go-to communicator with owners, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors. Lead project meetings and support Superintendents with work plans and schedules. Manage budgets, change orders, and subcontractor agreements. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment. Track project performance through cost controls, financials, and CPM schedules (P6 or equivalent). Mentor and develop engineering staff to strengthen project teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
