Manufacturing Equipment Service Technician - 2nd Shift - 90-Day Increase Eligible

Shift and Location 2nd Shift: 3:00PM–11:30PM, Monday–Friday (initial training on 1st shift for a couple of months). Locations: 8192 Southpark Ln, Littleton, CO 80120; Bradford Rd, Littleton, CO 80127. Scope The technician will perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment, supporting the site’s business goals. Duties and Responsibilities Install, maintain and troubleshoot production machines and plant facility equipment. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance during machine service. Execute simple machinist duties and mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing and carpentry tasks. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders; diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Use hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment. Detect and report faulty operations, defective material and unusual situations to supervision. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Read and interpret equipment schematics and blueprints. Perform pipe cutting, threading, gluing, soldering, plumbing, electrical work up to 480V AC. Rebuild, install and troubleshoot process machinery, equipment and facility systems. Plumb fittings, valve assembly, conduit work and motor hook‑ups. Repair or rebuild pumps, motors, gear systems, drive trains, controllers and full machine assemblies. Carry out minor carpentry and painting tasks; perform plastic fabrication and welding. Lift up to 50lbs; work in chemical environments, semi‑confined areas and at heights up to 25ft. Education and Experience Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Required Experience: 3+ years as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment; experience in equipment maintenance, electrical, mechanical or plumbing installation and repair. Preferred: Experience in a circuit board manufacturing environment; certifications and licenses are a plus. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range: $48,008 – $75,884, with additional shift premium for 2nd shift and potential quarterly or annual bonus based on performance. Export Statement Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. This includes identifying ITAR products, managing foreign personnel, and following authorization procedures for shipments.
