OB/GYN Physician – Full-Time (M–F, 8a–5p) – Brawley, CA

Sign-on Bonus:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, occasional weekends

About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established healthcare organization in Brawley, CA is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join their growing team. This is a full-time, onsite clinical role offering competitive compensation, leadership opportunities, and exceptional support for relocation or visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive Obstetrics and Gynecology care in an outpatient and inpatient setting.
Manage prenatal, labor & delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care.
Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Participate in occasional weekend coverage as needed.
Provide leadership and mentorship to NPs, PAs, and clinical staff.

Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/GYN.
Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Gynecology
- Obstetrics & Gynecology
Valid California licenses/certifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) license – CA
- DEA – CA
- Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
- American Heart Association BLS
- American Heart Association ACLS
Willingness to supervise or mentor clinical staff (NPs/PAs).
Commitment to a full 40-hour workweek ; not open to part-time or locum arrangements.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior supervisory or leadership experience (or willingness to step into a leadership role).
New graduates from residency may be considered, though 3+ years of experience is preferred .
