Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of experience required
• Outpatient orthopedics experience required

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule available.
• Shift hours may be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or four 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• 60-minute evaluation and treatment model.
