We are seeking an experienced **Med/Surg Registered Nurse** for a 13-week travel assignment.

**Requirements:**
* Active Wisconsin RN License
* Current BLS/CPR Certification
* Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
* Education verification required
* 3 years experience caring for Adult Med/Surg patients (Surgical experience preferred)
* EPIC EMR experience preferred

**Assignment Details:**
* 13-week contract
* Night Shift: **6:30 PM – 7:00 AM**
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Every other weekend required
* Holiday coverage required
* No on-call requirements
* EPIC EMR
* No 1099 contracts accepted

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide comprehensive nursing care for Adult Surgical and occasional Pediatric patients
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
* Float to other nursing units as needed based on facility requirements
* Maintain accurate documentation and promote patient safety throughout the assignment
