Compensation $17 - $18+ hourly Qualifications Previous kitchen experience preferred. Basic knife skills and food preparation knowledge. Ability to follow recipes and written instructions. Strong organizational skills. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods. Lift up to 50 pounds. Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and carry. Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment. Responsibilities Prepare and portion ingredients with precision to ensure consistency and quality in every dish. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, contributing to a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Collaborate with chefs and fellow team members to support seamless kitchen operations. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a healthy dining experience for our guests. Assist in the preparation of menu items, following recipes and presentation standards.
