About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its PowerFLX division, which is dedicated to the fast-start power generation sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project execution teams in delivering large-scale EPC construction and power installation projects. This executive will provide both strategic and operational leadership, driving project delivery excellence, profitability, and long-term growth. The role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on project controls, contracting, and commercial risk management. The VP will also be instrumental in establishing and maintaining performance standards to ensure the safe, high-quality, and on-budget execution of major energy projects. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of EPC project leadership experience. The role demands a proven track record in managing complex construction projects or portfolios exceeding $100M, expertise in project controls, commercial contracting, and change-management processes, and strong financial acumen with experience in managing P&L for a large operational division. The VP will be expected to lead cross-functional teams, coach senior managers, and develop scalable processes, all while maintaining a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, as is the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client contract requirements.
