This internship offers hands-on exposure to the operational engine behind a high-performing global sales organization.At Sprinklr, Sales Operations drives the processes, systems, and insights that enable revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Systems teams to support data integrity, reporting, forecasting, and process optimization initiatives.This role is ideal for someone interested in business operations, analytics, SaaS, and revenue strategy.What You’ll Do:Support pipeline tracking and sales forecasting processesAssist in maintaining CRM data accuracy (Salesforce or similar system)Build and update dashboards and recurring performance reportsAnalyze sales data to identify trends and insightsSupport territory planning and account assignment projectsPartner with Finance to reconcile bookings and performance metricsHelp document and improve sales processes and workflowsContribute to special revenue operations projects as neededProvide ad hoc data analysis to support Sales leadershipWho You Are:Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related fieldStrong interest in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or business analyticsComfortable working with data and large datasetsProficient in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong interest in AIAnalytical mindset with problem-solving abilityStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentWe focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role.US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
