They MUST already be fully licensed in P&C + L&H.Responsibilities:Monitor and report on production metrics.Coordinate lead follow-up and customer communications.Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.Assist with internal goal-setting and tracking.Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.Qualifications:Strong analytical and organizational abilities.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or operations helpful.Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.Needs to have at least 3 years of sales experience under their beltCompensation: $52,000.00 - $72,000.00 per yearAbout Our AgencyOur mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.Our office is located in Kent, WA.Additional languages spoken: Spanish
