The Title & Escrow Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Westlake, OH. This role supports title and escrow operations by preparing and reviewing closing files, assembling required documentation, and coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, and customers to ensure accurate and timely closings. Daily responsibilities include answering phones and emails, scheduling signings, completing closings in office, coordinating mail, maintaining organized records in company systems. In addition, this candidate will be cross trained in the title proocesses. Title & Escrow Assistant will communicate with customers to answer questions, provide status updates, and ensure a positive closing experience. The role also involves supporting notary/signing processes, following company procedures, and adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements. Qualifications Foundational knowledge or experience in escrow and closing processes, including supporting real estate transactions from opening to post-closing. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals. Ability to assist with notarization and signing processes; current Notary Public commission in Ohio or willingness to obtain is a requirement. High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and document review, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple files and deadlines. Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and comfort learning title/escrow software systems. Ability to work on-site full time, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Prior experience in title, escrow, real estate, or financial services is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
